Getting started
Plan the first profile around one clear job.
Take a few minutes to separate the job, the WordPress account, the access level, the connection password, and the moment the access should end before setup begins.
01
Five things to decide first
Make these choices before handling connection details.
- 01
Name one job
Describe the result clearly enough that unrelated work stays outside the request.
- 02
Create a separate WordPress account
Do not reuse your everyday administrator account or another shared login.
- 03
Choose an access level
Start with the most limited level that can still complete the job.
- 04
Handle the password somewhere safe
Never paste an Application Password, token, cookie, or secret into this website or a public document.
- 05
Plan when access will end
Decide what finishes the job, when access should stop, and what you will check afterward.
Before setup
Questions you should be able to answer.
- What single result should the assistant produce?
- Which separate WordPress account will it use?
- Which of the four access levels is the most limited fit?
- Where will the connection password be stored and handled?
- What ends the job, and how will you confirm that access has stopped?
