Advanced REST access remains a separate path.
The guided private folder for Claude Code or Codex uses WordPress REST and an Application Password with a dedicated read-only profile. Existing Read Only, Draft, Content Editor and Publisher profiles remain under Advanced. They are not automatically converted to OAuth and do not inherit the remote task and exact-approval model.
Full Power Access is a separately licensed administrative add-on. It is outside the guided task model, outside the protected REST modes, and is not included in Solo, Pro or Agency. It is not required for ordinary questions or drafts.

Do I need a task before asking about a public page?
No. Once connected, the guided route can read public site information. A temporary task is needed for unpublished content or WordPress changes.
Does the plugin include Claude or ChatGPT?
No. You use your own compatible assistant account and its connection permissions. AI subscriptions are separate from the plugin license.
Can the assistant publish with Solo?
Yes, with the compatible version. Solo and its trial include guided assistant publication. It requires a separately authorized publication task and a still-valid approval for the exact content. Buying a licence does not authorize an action.
Can it edit an existing reference draft directly?
A draft task can revise only drafts it created. Existing references stay read-only. Changes to existing content use the proposal and approval path.
How do I stop all access for a connection?
Pause or revoke that connection in WordPress. Ending a task alone removes temporary permissions while public reading can remain available.
What happens after the trial?
The seven-day Solo trial ends automatically. Buying a paid Solo license is a separate, explicit purchase. The trial does not unlock Full Power.
